Let's start the countdown: And you'll be that much closer to the success you desire and deserve, along with the following 5 Secrets and integrate them into your strategy, if you do all those. But most of all it takes a Commitment, patience, practice, it takes Time. There is no guarantee of success in Network Marketing.
But it's not easy, this industry is simple! Secret #5.
Only take the volunteers. You only want to work with the people who want to work with you, because when you think about it. And that's ok. Won't, those who don't. Will, so the key is to just share your product or your opportunity and the people who "Want" to. But you don't "Want" to, you "Need" to pay your taxes. But you don't "Want" to and probably don't; you "Need" to get up early and exercise every day, look at it this way. That's normal. They just plain don't want to, even though they "Need" your product and "Need" to make extra money. But then reality sets in after you talk to a few people. Everyone needs your products to better their lives! Everyone needs to earn more money! The concept seems so simple, when you first start out in Network Marketing.
There are no overnight successes! Secret #4.
See why it takes time? Not an easy task by any stretch of the imagination. A team working together to a common goal. And bring them together to form a team, your job as a leader is to harness all those differences. They have different fears. They have different confidence levels. They have their own speed and own ways of doing things. And humans are unpredictable, they're human. They're not just some circle in your downline. The key word being individual here. Keep in mind that you're working with individuals. But it happens when it happens, i know it's very noncommittal. You really can't put a timeframe on it. It doesn't happen in a year. And building a solid network does not happen in a month. You're building a network. But the reality of it is that success in Network Marketing takes time. I'm guilty of it too, hey! I can't tell you how many people start in this industry thinking that they are going to be able to quit their jobs in a month and cruise the Caribbean the rest of their lives.

And it will to yours too, that made all the difference in the world to my success. Speak, well, not to the way people, the key here is to speak to the way people listen. It's not the way we speak normally. Because it's not natural. Why? I had a hard time actually doing it, and how to say it, once I learned exactly what to say. So what I'm going to say next is really going to tweak your brain. But not easy, it's simple, now we're tying back to Secret 5. It seemed so easy when my upline did it. I had no clue what to say or how to say it. This was one of the biggest problems I had when I first started. Maybe it's because you needed to learn the skills of what to say and what to do so you bypass that "Salesman Filter" everyone has. Hmmmm. Really? Everything you said made you sound like a used car salesman? You didn't know what to say and do? Why is that? They didn't? . . Wait a second. I bet everyone just loved your presentation when you first started didn't they?
Not just Distributors, build your downline with Leaders! Secret #2.
And your organization will become a well oiled machine, find and train leaders. But there are countless other people who just need a little training to become great leaders. And will jump out of the pack, a lot of people are natural leaders. Create those leaders, your job is to find those leaders or better yet. You need leaders. You just can't do everything yourself. It's basically a law of time. The less leadership you have over it, the larger your team grows. Your team will do nothing and fall apart, the problem with this method is that without the proper training and leaders in place. That you need to become a sponsor monster. Sponsor tons of people, sponsor, a big misconception in Network Marketing is that you need to go out and sponsor. I've talked about this in previous posts.
Find and Use a duplicatable system! Secret #1.
A Proven Duplicatable System solves all these problems. Wondering why the people in your downline aren't having success and your retention rate is low, it will save you years of spinning your wheels trying new things. Find a Proven Duplicatable System. . . . I can't stress this enough. If you have results at all, everyone goes out doing their own thing and you end up with sporadic results, one that is duplicatable, is that unless there is a system in place for people to follow, one of the main problems with having a team of any size. Lack of leadership, this is usually due in part to Secret #4. Every day I come across someone who joined a Network Marketing Company only to be thrown out amongst the wolves to fend for themselves.
